Together, we design an operating system that supports the business as it grows: fewer moving parts, clearer processes, and systems that don’t rely on your constant attention.

My role sits between operations, strategy and tech.

Not to add more tools or complexity, but to reduce mental load, stabilize the backend, and give the business a way to function calmly and consistently, so it stops taking more than it gives.
